2:41 PM Central Update - Some time over the last 10 minutes or so, we started to see authentication traffic flow again. If you are patient for 10-20 seconds, you should be able to log into Waterly again. I'm sure Auth0 will be publishing a full debrief on the incident and we deeply regret any undue hassle this created for you all. Thank you for your patience.
12:48 Central Update - We have confirmed again that Auth0 is experiencing a "Major Outage" and they are working to mitigate the impact it is having, but we are aware that customers can still not log into Waterly. You can click the Status image below if you want to actively follow the status.
Waterly was just made aware that our authentication provider, Auth0 (www.auth0.com), is experiencing issues (errors) with their login services. Waterly uses Auth0 to provide authentication (your ability to log in) and as such, our app will not work properly without this service up. We regret the inconvenience, take this seriously, and anxiously await the resolution from Auth0. If you want to follow the status of the incident, you can follow along with us here: Auth0 Status
