Front-end Performance Update

This update improved initial loading performance for users with access to a large number of accounts.  For most people, this won't be too noticeable, but it will definitely help our administrators and larger customers.

New Calculated Value Ability

This update also introduced a new calculation for very specific cases where a utility needs to update a value on a prior day (i.e. "yesterday's flow total" or "yesterday's chemical usage."  It is not very common but is now generally available when necessary.

Improved Range Flagging

This update improved the way range checking flags are generated, allowing flags to be shown on almost every type of Waterly field.
