Happens to all of us. With so many passwords we have to keep track of, it's easy to forget. Thankfully, if you have already signed into Waterly once successfully, you can reset your password yourself.
Here are the steps to Resetting your Waterly Password
Go to: https://app.waterlyapp.com and click the "Don't remember your password?" link:
The next page, you'll enter the Waterly email you use to log in into this box and click SEND EMAIL:
You'll receive an email from support@waterlysoftware.com that looks like this (make sure to check your SPAM folder in case it lands there). Click on the "Reset Password" link to enter a new password:
From that next page, you fill in your new password (twice), then you can go right back to the Waterly login screen (https://app.waterlyapp.com) and use your new password.
If you have any problems while you're in the process, please just give us a call at 833-492-8370 and we can reset your password for you (we can't see your passwords...the new or the old ones, so don't ask us).
