Maintaining the Archives

You know that situation where you've just had it with that lift station on the outskirts of town, and you just want to get rid of it?

...

It's a little awkward if you answered "yes" to that question...  But, there are some very real scenarios where you've created a site in Waterly that you want to remove.  In the past, that would require a support ticket to have us help you with it.  As of today, supervisors have the ability to remove sites whenever they'd like.

Never fear, we're actually just archiving the site and all of its connected data, so if you make a mistake, we can always help you get it back again.

Here's a Tip...

Last week we rolled out some changes to how you edit and archive reports.  We received some excellent feedback that it would have been helpful to include some tooltips as to what some of the buttons mean.  So, now we have them!  (Your feedback really does help improve Waterly! Keep it coming!)

Where in the World...

Waterly is getting positively global in this release.  We're adding the ability for you to add coordinates for each of your sites in Waterly.  While we currently don’t have an application for this on a map, upcoming releases will allow you to tie this data to sites in your GIS or related asset management application.  We have a great tutorial on how to add your coordinates to your own sites, or feel free to reach out for help through support.

Thank You

We will use this space to update notes on the software if needed.

As always, we are grateful for all of our water and wastewater superheroes that we get to work with every day.  We hope you enjoy the new features, but as always, we welcome your suggestions, comments, and complaints.  The future of Waterly is driven by your input, so please keep the feedback coming by support ticket, phone call, email, or carrier pigeon.
