Updates

We've been busy as usual with a number of features in today's deploy as well as a few bugfixes to smooth out some rough spots.


Setup Operator License ID & Phone Numbers on Reports!

Previously we manually setup these up on our side here at Waterly. If you're a supervisor, you can now setup the Operator License ID & Phone Number to be displayed on reports at either at the Water System level or at the Site level. 


Step 1) Setup the Operator In Charge License & Phone Number

First we need to the License and Phone Number to the Supervising Operator in Waterly. 

  1. Navigate to System Settings
  2. Click the Edit Pencil by the Operator who is Charge
  3. Add their License and Phone Number information



Step 2) Assign the default Operator for the entire System

  1. Navigate to System Settings
  2. Select the Supervising Operator in the drop down
  3. Select which Phone Number and License to use by default

This Phone Number and License will now be used on all Reports for ever Site.


Step3) (optional) Assign a specific License or Operator to a Site

  1. Navigate to the Site
  2. Enter Edit Mode
  3. Edit the Site Settings
  4. Select the Supervising Operator in the drop down
  5. Select which Phone Number and License to use by default




You can set things up once for all Sites by navigating to your System Settings. (Click the gear in bottom left -> System Settings)


If you already had this setup, don't worry, nothing has changed for you! Your reports will still show the Operator License ID & Phone number as it always has. In the future they will need to be switched to the be configured as describe above, but no immediate change is needed just yet.



Bugfixes

We've released quite a few fixes around the app this time, some of the more notable include:

  • Values now round correctly when displayed in the sparkline chart
  • All daily metrics are to be plotted on the Historic Metrics Chart, previously a limited few were unable to be shown on the chart. More data!
  • WaterClick / SCADA connections now correctly show for everyone
  • Fix a periodic bug that sometimes caused some daily calculations to not correctly honor timezones
