Helping Us Help You

We've made an update in the way our helpdesk software works, so that our agents can have a better idea as to what system or site you were working with when you submit a ticket.  That way we can hop onto the problem a little faster by gathering that important detail.


Bug Fixes

As usual, we try to add in fixes with each release. This week, we resolved an issue where, if you were to archive a saved report, it would still show in the report list.  The report was in fact archived, and would disappear if you reloaded the page, but we definitely want that to work as expected... so now it does.



Coming Soon


Yes, No... Maybe?We'll soon be releasing a new feature to allow you to embed a "Yes" or "No" metric into Waterly.  Where previously, you may have been using a text field and entering "Y" or "yes", you'll now be able to choose a more obviously "yes" and "no" button type for a metric.  Exciting!
