Background

Reporting is one of the powerful tools Waterly provides Operators. Users of Waterly have enjoyed the ability to create any number of reports based on their specific needs and State requirements. Now in addition to creating the reports, users have  a new feature: a report reordering function. This feature gives those with Supervisor permissions the ability to reorder reports according to their needs or priority. Let's walk through a basic tutorial of how to use this function.


How to Reorder Reports

Begin by  accessing the "Reporting" section of your site:


Here you can see a complete list of the reports that have been created for your specific sites, but now with something new: the two line grab bar (as displayed below).


By clicking this grab bar and holding down the mouse button, the report is "grabbed". It can then be moved up or down the list and dropped back into the list by letting go of the mouse button. 

Once the report has been dropped into the list in the order of your choosing, the site will automatically save. Please note that upon reordering the list of reports it will be in that same order for all users.
