Permission Granted

This week we've done a little cleanup on the User Permissions view.  For larger organizations, this was somewhat difficult to understand previously, so we've now divided this into a view that simply shows any direct system and group assignments a user has, with a new slider "Show Effective Permissions" that indicates how that plays out in reality.
