New Calculations

We're excited to add a new calculation for weekly averages following both Wisconsin and Maryland standards.

This approach divides the month into four defined periods: Week 1 (Days 1-7), Week 2 (Days 8-14), Week 3 (Days 15-21), and Week 4 (Days 22-28). 

Note: observations from Days 29-31 will be excluded from weekly calculations.

Reports will clearly present averages on the final day of each period, in compliance with regulatory standards.

Audit Log

We fixed the incorrect date format in the audit log, now all dates will be in the Month/Day/Year format!
