Interpolation Icon Update

For Data Interpolation, we've added some clarity to the Interpolation Icon and Tooltip.

When a data point has been entered, it's real. The middle circle is filled indicating it's a real value.

When a data point has been interpolated, the middle circle is hollow indicating it's not a real value entered by an Operator.
